This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations may be requested for consultation packages purchased from Thrivecrfilter.

Service Nature

Our products are consultation-based services that include live sessions and delivered digital blueprints. Because these are personalized services, standard return policies for physical goods do not apply.

Cancellation Before First Session

If you cancel your booking before the first scheduled consultation session, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of purchase. Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to info@thrivecrfilter.world.

Cancellation After First Session

Once the first consultation session has taken place, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis. Completed sessions and delivered materials are non-refundable. Any remaining unused sessions may be refunded at our discretion.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a consultation session up to twenty-four hours before the scheduled time at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made with less than twenty-four hours notice may incur a rescheduling fee of AUD $25.

Non-Delivery

If we fail to deliver your consultation blueprint within fourteen business days of your final session, you may request a partial refund corresponding to the undelivered portion of your package.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our services fail to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy including refund, replacement, or compensation.

How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, contact us with your full name, purchase date, package name, and reason for the request. We aim to process approved refunds within ten business days to your original payment method.
